Le TV AIO d’Alden est tout simplement bluffant ! L'intégration du pilotage de l'antenne est une vraie révolution : un seul bouton à appuyer, et l’antenne se calibre toute seule. L’image est nette, et je capte mes chaînes préférées sans interruption. C’est tellement simple à utiliser que même en étant novice, je m’y retrouve sans aucun problème. Fini les réglages complexes ! Merci Alden pour cette solution ingénieuse.

Expérience SAV très positive avec Alden. J'avais des soucis de réception, et dès mon appel, j’ai été pris en charge de manière très professionnelle. Le support technique a su me guider étape par étape et m'a proposé via mon concessionnaire une solution de remplacement de démodulateur dans un délai record. Un service vraiment à la hauteur de la qualité de leurs produits.

Le SAV Alden a été très réactif lorsque mon antenne a commencé à montrer des signes de faiblesse. Un technicien m’a accompagné par téléphone pour résoudre les premiers diagnostics. Comme le problème persistait, ils m’ont invité a aller voir mon concessionnaire habituel, qui a réglé le problème rapidement avec le soutien des techniciens Alden: ma parabole était voilée suite à un choc avec une branche d’arbre.

I am in Norway, Greece, Portugal, Morocco, etc., and I am no longer receiving anything.

Reception depends on two main factors: The coverage area of the satellite used (each satellite has its own broadcast area) and the size of your antenna. Near the edge of the coverage area, even a few hundred metres can make a difference. Remember that the further north you go, the more the antenna needs to be tilted, which may cause it to point towards the roof of the vehicle. If necessary, turn the vehicle to obtain a clear view to the south.

My antenna cannot find the satellite and switches off without displaying a message.

Here are some checks you should perform:

  • Ensure that the area facing south is unobstructed.
  • Check that the white lock nuts are tight on the red brackets (if present).
  • Ensure that the antenna is properly retracted.
  • After an impact or strong wind, check that the antenna is correctly positioned on the LNB and that the nuts are tightened securel.
  • If the antenna reflector is deformed, replace it.

SDP Fuse

Some antennas have a white bolt underneath the nut that secures the red bracket. In the event of an impact, this part breaks to protect the antenna. You can order a replacement from our after-sales service. In the meantime, a nail or similar object can be used as a temporary fix.

Please note: sometimes the head remains stuck, giving the impression that the nut is intact.
